ETASHA (Enabling and Training Adolescents for Successful and Healthy Adulthood) provides market-oriented employability and vocational skills to disadvantaged Indian youth (aged 14-30 years). ETASHA’s core activities are career guidance, employability skills, vocational training & placement, and training of Employability Skills Trainers.
500 students were enrolled in ETASHA's Vocational Training Programs. 220 high school students were part of career guidance workshops in Haryana, Uttarakhand and Delhi. Its Career Counselling Cell set up in an NGO-run school conducts several life skill workshops for about 120 students. In Haryana, 165 students are enrolled in its Employability Skills Programmes.
